Ipod Audio Book



The iPod shuffle allows users to bookmark their iPod audio books that have been purchased from Audible.com, and the best way to locate such books is to look for files that have a dot 'aa' extension or those having a dot M4B extension, in case of audio books purchased from an iTunes Store. To make listening to the iPod audio books more convenient, the iPod shuffle automatically bookmarks the spot that has been stopped or paused, and the next time the file is played, it will begin from the bookmarked spot. There are also certain iPod audio books that feature chapter marks, which can be used to navigate through chapters, while also listening to iTunes. By pressing Command-Shift-Right Arrow, one can jump to the next chapter or to the previous chapter by pressing Command-Shift-Left Arrow. In case the iPod shuffle is unable to detect chapter marks, it is possible to set a bookmark at the chapter mark, and then use iTunes to update the iPod shuffle.
